Senior Consultant, Situational Awareness - IBM QRadar

Experience Level - 3 to 7 Years

Job location - Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Three to Four years of hands-on experience with IBM Qradar, including the following skills and experience:

- Creative solutions for log management

- Log source identification, integration, and tuning

- License management and allocation

- Hardware upgrade and replacement, local and remote

- Implementation of Backup and Disaster Recovery plans

- Define and implement clear object groups and access groups

- Custom DSM and Log Source Extension creation as required

- Manage RFEs with IBM as required

- Implement vulnerability scanner integration

- Three to seven years of Information Security professional experience.

- Thorough understanding of large scale environments.

- Strong presentation and verbal communication skills.

- Strong attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.

- Excellent, detail-oriented writing skills.

- Expert knowledge of using Microsoft Office and Visio.

- Ability to build relationships with and influence other functional areas.

- Well-developed negotiation skills.

- Ability to build consensus.

- Strong interpersonal skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel.

Desired Skills/Experience (include education - certifications - etc.):

- Current IBM QRadar technical certifications.

- Strong presentation and verbal communication skills.

- Process-oriented individual with strong attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.

- Excellent, detail-oriented writing skills...

- CISSP, CISM, CISA, Security+ or other major Information Security certifications.
