Reports to Head-HR (CoE)

Provides HR Consulting and operational support to geographies panning across South-East Asia, Middle East & Africa and India. This role would provide Senior HR consulting support to these geographies. The incumbent would be expected to network with, engage and resolve issues with key stakeholders across these geographies. This role will also require travel and the willingness to work on time zones outside of India, to suit the supported geographies.

Purpose of the Role:

This role involves engaging with and coaching all the key stakeholders in the above mentioned geographies, both within HR as well as in the Business and also enabling the business to understand and implement the Global HR processes. The incumbent would need to provide generalist consulting on the entire gamut of HR activities. He/she would need to apply experienced level HR Generalist knowledge to deliver full scope of HR services in line with business strategy needs/situation

- Coach for HR consultants

- HR consulting to Managers and Employees

Qualifications:

- Prior HR consulting experience(8-12 years)

- Master's degree and/ or MBA program from a reputed institute in Human Resource Management

- Ability to work effectively in Virtual Environments

- A high quality of team work and collaboration. Ability to work in and manage large teams

- Flexibility and adaptability to learn as well as action things quickly

- Maturity and assertiveness to deal with business managers as partners

- Ability to work in an ambiguous environment and manage a matrix structure

- Maturity to work with both local, regional and global managers and stakeholders

- Good understanding of business and ability to handle a large, complex organization

- Should be willing to travel to different geographies that are supported and should be flexible in work timings (to be able to support countries in different time zones)
