Senior Consultant - HFM/FDM/FDMEE - IT Advisory Services (4-9 yrs)
Job purpose:
- Individual performer in the IT Advisory Services team to provide business analysis and development of various business performance management implementation projects for our customers across the globe.
Technical skills requirements:
- Preparation and facilitation of application design sessions related to database structure, business rules, reports and security.
- Configuration of HFM application components.
- Ability to architect HFM applications.
- Write & maintain rules in HFM which includes translation, closing balance, currency conversion, elimination, carried forward from last year and consolidation.
- Handling metadata which includes- creating dimension members
- Developing data forms and data grids.
- Designing the security settings and roles for users as per the client's requirements.
- Interacting with the clients, understanding their concerns, evaluating areas of modification in the system and assign tasks to the team.
- Leading the UAT team and working closely with the users
- Good understanding of IGAAP and IFRS standards.
- Planning, design, testing, prototyping and implementation of enhancements, control and tuning of HFM applications
- Assist in the roll-out of new HFM, FDM Applications, problem fixes, and enhancements of software
- Support all applications development effort involving HFM and FDM
- Leadership of individual work streams associated with a HFM implementation. Examples include: Test Cycle Lead, Application Configuration and Unit Testing Lead, Training Lead.
- Assistance with data conversion and interfacing activities.
- Preparation of key deliverables such as design documents, test documentation, training materials and administration/procedural guides.
- Strong Hands-on experience in HFM and FDM
