Job Description - As a Senior Consultant based out of Bangalore/ Mumbai and reporting to the Practice Lead, you will work in the business analytics team in India with clients and consultants across the globe. Some of your responsibilities shall be to:

- Develop cross sell and incentive scorecards

- Develop time series models

- Work on regression techniques to build advanced analytics framework

- Ensure quality assessment of project deliverables

- Collaborate with international clients to derive insights from data and build strategies based on those insights

- Provide core analytics driven consulting to global clients

- Build effective presentation and actively contribute to firm building activities

- Contribute to business development and support pre-sales activities

The Successful Candidate :

- Academic background in statistics/economics/engineering/mathematics from top tier schools like IIMs, IITs, DSE, FMS, XLRI, SPJAIN, MDI, IMT, ISI, ISB, BITs etc.

- 4-8 years of experience within analytics domain with solid expertise in advanced analytics

- Solid background of advanced statistical/econometric modeling techniques and complex Excel-based spreadsheet models

- Proficient in SAS, R, SQL

- Sound knowledge of Regression techniques, Cluster Analysis, CART/CHAID

- Exposure to time series modeling with experience in building PD/LGD Model and behavioral scorecard

- Impressive interpersonal skills and ability to engage well with global clients
