Senior Consultant - Executive Search Firm (2-8 yrs)
Designation: Senior Consultant
Role & Responsibilities:
Assignment Management:
- Execute and close search-assignments successfully within the given time frame
- Nurture and manage existing Hunt Partners client relationships; account management
- Oversee research and execution process to ensure it is aligned to the search strategy
- Monitor the quality of all deliverables within the context of a search mandate
Practice Management:
- Contribute to the development of formal practice offerings
- Develop practice-specific IP, industry reports
- Provide firm visibility at industry events
Revenue Management:
- Prospect for retained search mandates from current, past and potential clients
- Ensure revenue booking & billing targets are met or exceeded
- Execute and invoice at a monthly run-rate of INR 1 million
Client Management:
- Consult / advise the client on the business within the context of a search mandate
- Ensure the mandate being provided is clean that is, it has a high degree of closure
- Maintain a high level of interaction with existing clients to generate additional business

- Have an excellent general knowledge & industry awareness
- Demonstrate strong commercial orientation
- Have excellent spoken, written and presentation skills
