Manager/Director - Infra Advisory - Transportation Sector - BFSI

Position : Manager / Sr. Manager / Director Infrastructure.

Qualification : MBA / CA / B.E / B.tech.

Job Role :

- Carrying out Due Diligence of Projects including study of project documents,

- Analyzing the Organizational and Financial Structures of Project Promoters including the Industry and Risk Analysis

- Building Financial Models to arrive at Profitability, Cash flows and Balance Sheet Projections

- Estimating the Debt Serviceability of projects including the Sensitivity Analysis

- Presentation of the Proposals to the Investment Committee to obtain sanction

- Preparation of Term Sheets and execution of Facility documents

- Preparing disbursement, authorization and project specific memos

- Business Development activities to increase the portfolio size

- Managing existing client relationship and monitoring asset portfolio

- Liasoning with Banks/Financial Institutions for down sell/business development activities
