Senior Consultant - Corporate Tax practice of a Big 4 - Only Consulting profiles (3-7 yrs)

Our Client :

- Our client is one of the Big 4s. Corporate tax practice is a team of focused tax professionals who specialize in offering advice to domestic and international clients focusing on IGH Sector.

- They assist clients in identifying tax efficient capital structuring, filing corporate and wealth tax returns, tax litigation and liaise with revenue authorities on all corporate tax related matters. They provide service in providing tax health check/tax due diligence.

Skills needed :

- Chartered Accountant

- 3 years or above of work experience in Corporate tax and regulatory matters

- Proficient in Corporate Tax, International Tax, Exchange Control Regulations, Corporate laws and related recent developments

- Manage project financials and profitability

- Strong people and client management skills

- Possess excellent communication skills with an ability to interact with all levels across the organization

Responsibilities :

- Developing sector expertise within Corporate & International Tax

- Active involvement in project management - from understanding the client needs up to delivering the end product to the client

- Demonstrating strong technical knowledge in terms of domestic international tax and FEMA

- Assisting in identifying prospective clients for the group

- Monitor work, manage, motivate and guide to deliver work of high quality

- Develop appropriate client relationships and identify further client opportunities

- Ability to understand the client's business, microeconomic and macroeconomic issues around the same

- Performance management of team, work allocation and identification of training and development needs

- Take a significant role in sharing knowledge and supporting the development of team members

- To ensure that the risk and other policies are being adhered to
