Title: Sr. Consultant - Consumer Health   Position Purpose:  Provides high quality, timely solutions to clients from the Healthcare and related industries. Assignments range in complexity from basic analysis and problem solving to assisting in the development of more complex solutions  Principal Accountabilities:  - Engages clients at a senior level through industry insights, presentation on projects or thought-leadership activities  - Interacts with Clients global, regional and local offices effectively for proposal development or project management  - Reviews client requirements or issues and helps internal team in developing research proposals   - Independently conceptualizes research tools for high end projects.   - Guides consultants/ Analysts in developing detailed documentation and specifications.   - Guides Consultants/ Analysts in structuring presentations that are appropriate to the characteristics or needs of the audience.   - Performs resource requirement analysis.  - Identifies needs and designs skill-development programs for the team members  Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:  Management Graduate with at least 8 years of relevant experience.   Organization Reporting and Scope:  - Typically reports to: Head PI practice   - Management scope (number of full-time employees): 1-2 in first year  - Annual revenue scope (If applicable) $M: NA  Additional Requirements:  Works willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals.   Knowledge and understanding of the fundamental processes of business.   Knowledge of PMR tools and techniques  Knowledge of current events and developments within an industry and major competitors.   Business development acumen and interest  Excellent people management skills
