Consultant - SCM Modeling & Analytics  Roles and Responsibilities   - Diagnosing supply chain business problems with limited data, applying modeling expertise and making appropriate recommendations to clients  - The ability to articulate value to customers through complex data analysis & modeling and independently run POCs is critical  - Tangibly contribute to practice development by publishing whitepapers, POVs, participation in thought leadership forums and conducting workshops  - Hands on experience providing strong OR/math based solutions focusing on (but not limited to) supply & demand planning, Inventory & Network Optimization, warranty & Logistics  - Adept at independently conducting statistical/analytical modeling with a broad array of tools ranging from spreadsheets to R, SAS, SPSS, GAMS, CPLEX, Arena for quick value articulation  - Strategizing and working with technology/IT teams to assist in productization and development of IP assets  Key Skills:   - Expert level ability in usage of modeling tools like GAMS, ARENA, CPLEX, Lindo  - Strong quants/statistics background and hands on with R/SAS/SPSS  - Exposure & work ex with cutting edge products like Multi-Echelon Inventory & Network Optimization suites, Advanced Planning and scenario Analysis systems is a must  - Strong data sciences orientation with ability to run simulations, optimization initiatives and creating business proposals from scratch   - Excellent communication skills and ability to front end with clients  Experience: 5-10 years mandatory. Manufacturing/Retail/FMCG/High Tech experience highly desirable  Qualifications: PG from good institutes with strong OR/Quants background  Location: Pune/Bangalore/Chennai
