Senior Consultant/Consultant - HR Consulting/Transformation - Consulting Firm (5-9 yrs)
We are looking for positions in Consulting for HR domain with a leading Consulting organization at GURGAON,
- 5-9 years of experience in Consulting in Human Capital domain from Big4 or Consulting organization with Full time MBA from Tier1 (IIM, ISB,XLRI, TISS, MDI, FMS )
Role & Responsibilities :
- Experience in organization design, organization transformation, HR strategy, work-force optimization / organizational de-layering, governance design, HR shared services design, capability development strategy, M&A work in HR / work-force topics
- Proven ability to manage projects and / or large project modules including successful deployment and delivery of personal expertise and that of other project team members to ensure excellent, on-time delivery to client specifications
- Advising Clients in HR transformation, organizational design, job evaluation, leadership development, change management, workforce management, HR process design & end-to-end HR start-up support
- Provides management support to the Human Resource function in the areas performance discussions/appraisals, allocating and reviewing work
