- Being boutique, our objective is to work with a few accounts, have a good understanding and insight of our customer's business & culture, their DNA and pain points when it comes to talent acquisition at senior levels and help in resolving those.

Roles would involve :

Business research /Pre-sales support :

- Industry / Business research - Develop a good understanding of a defined sector, industry structure and key business drivers

- Map the top players in these sectors and do a SWOT analysis from a business and talent perspective

- Understand the critical roles / positions in the sector, what are they and what do they mean

- Understanding of talent pool, where is it available, know the clusters what are the talent gaps and where can they be found

- Pro-actively map the top talent in these sectors for the critical roles

- Work with the business head on building a presentation deck for business meetings

- Work on building job descriptions based on client briefings

Candidate sourcing and engagement :

- Use multiple channels and tools including but not limited to headhunting, social media, job boards and databases to identify prospective candidates for specific positions

- Review candidate data available through the above sources to shortlist suitable candidates

- Engage with and brief such candidates on the role & responsibilities, do a preliminary screening and validation based on the job description

- Prepare candidate dossier / documentation if required along Partner's assessment

- Engage with both the client and candidate in interview co-ordination

- Follow up with all stakeholders till the position is closed

Calls for a problem : solving mindset, eye for detail, being good with people, diplomacy, tact, resilience and persistence apart from being at good at oral and written communication.

Salary range: up to 15 LPA
