Job Description for Sr. Manager - Consulting (Retirements CoE)

Mandatory Requirements:

- Demonstrated track record of working in Retirements Services (RS) Organization and executed IT / Consulting engagements in Retirements Services (RS) area

- Thorough understanding of the Retirements Services (RS) business (Plan Set-up, administration, trading, money out services, reporting/compliance and retirement fund management)

- Experience of working with any of the leading Retirement Providers in North America

- Hands on experience in one or more COTS products particular to RS LOB/record keeping systems

- Following the RS LOB in US market

- Ability to conceptualize the solution and create service offerings

- Ability to make client presentations / manage stakeholders etc.

- Experience in direct client facing engagements

- MBA from a reputed institution

Preferred Requirements

- Work experience with top Consulting or IT Services Organization

- Product Implementation Experience

- Complex SI / Multi - Country Roll out experience

- Demonstrated Thought Leadership

- Innovation - SMAC experience especially in RS

- Experience as Business Architect with Retirement providers and Life Insurers

- Experience involving engagements around CRM, BPM and Analytics
