Hiring for ORM | Sr.con/Asst Mgr | Gurgaon

Work Shift - 9 am - 5.30 pm ( Australian Shift )

Location : Gurgaon Silokhera

Job description:-

Position will be responsible for leading large projects encompassing internal audit reviews, enterprise risk assessments, operational process reviews, Sox s404 documentation and control testing, evaluating internal controls, reliability of financial reporting, compliance with applicable laws and regulations and effectiveness and efficiency of operations including cost management.

Position will:

Play a key role in driving operational risk management activities for internal risk and control environment (control testing, control assurances, risk reporting, incident reporting, incident management, indicator monitoring, audit etc.)

Demonstrate highly developed creative skills to resolve complex problems and/or identify alternatives where established procedures may not exist.

Determine whether areas reviewed are performing control activities in compliance with applicable policies and procedures and in a manner consistent with both organizational objectives and high standards of administrative practice.

Report findings and make recommendations for the correction of noted control deficiencies, improvements in operations, and reductions in cost.

Maintain strong client focus by building strong relationships with clients, scheduling and conducting key client meetings.

Assist in preparation of risk review dashboard and engagement deck for strategic client engagement on periodic basis.

Required qualifications:-

Post graduate qualification as a CA/MBA (Finance/CA/CPA/ CFA)

Required experience of 2-4 years in internal and/or external audit, risk & control function ( first or second line of defense vertical), process re-engineering, process reviews, Sarbanes-Oxley implementation preferably in the BFSI domain

Strong report writing and presentation skills, an analytical mind, and problem solving abilities.

Position requires the ability to work effectively with all levels of staff and handle confidential information discretely and professionally.

Must be able to react to deadlines with flexibility and professionalism. Strong PC skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.

Excellent communication, relationship building and critical thinking skills. Experience working in multi- cultural environment.

Willingness to travel overseas for short duration
