Job Description:

The role involves the following responsibilities:

- Developing Credit Risk Scoring Models and Scorecards to support risk management initiatives for consumer loan portfolio

- Building logistic regression based consumer credit risk scorecards

- Manage communication and project delivery between India and International Teams

- Manage client presentations and act as subject matter expert on analytics discussions

- Structure the approach and deliverable for multiple analytics engagements simultaneously

- Help junior members develop the analytics path to align with overall project objective

The Successful Candidate:

- As a successful candidate, you need to have- Post graduate Degree (M.Sc/MA (Stats/ Maths/Eco) from Tier 1/Tier 2 College/University

OR

- Graduate Degree (B.E) from a Tier 1 College/University

- Master's degree in quantitative field such as statistics, economics, operations research or mathematics.

- 4 + years hands-on experience building logistic regression based consumer credit risk scorecards

- Advanced SAS coding skills

- Strong understanding of Risk concepts

- Familiarity with non risk scoring models (macro economic & operational models)

- Domain understanding of Risk Analytics and card Analytics
