This job is with a not-so-premium brand, but a growing firm, and thus requires applicants who are ready to venture with small & growing firms.  THE EMPLOYER:  This client of Prodentify, a small & growing but profitable firm, deals in technology solutions & services to SME businesses in India, helping them adopt technology solutions to their leverage, major offerings of the company being a website building platform and custom made web & mobile applications. Founded in Delhi, the company is over 75 employees strong and has offices in Delhi and Gurgaon, with fairly strong clientele. Please note that Delhi-NCR, followed by other major Indian cities, is the market that the co. eyes to further tap in the coming years.  THE JOB:  The Sr. Business Manager will be the key interface between the founders and the larger operations team (including the middle management at the company that handles the software development teams as well as operations). The incumbent will handle complete P&L of the business ranging from supporting the sales teams in acquiring new business, to assisting the operations team do better, to handing software development teams with the help of line-managers, and so forth. In short, operations and P&L management will be the core performance areas. Independently handling an office of the co. in Delhi-NCR could also be a major responsibility.  IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:  Candidates working for an overall 10 - 15 years, at small-sized software services companies (that employ 50 - 100 staff/are under the USD 3 - 5 M revenue bracket) that deal in website and mobile app solutions will be ideal. The present job of such candidates should be as Senior Manager (for at-least the last 4 - 5 years), driving their companies' operations and sales teams, contributing directly to the bottom-line. Such candidates should be presently reporting into the founder, or at-least to the Senior Manager of their cos. Experience in client handling roles and in managing technical professionals who develop software applications, is a must. At-least 70% of the required experience should have been in Delhi-NCR, especially from sales and client-handling perspectives.
