Job Title : Sr. Business Development Manager

Objective : To achieve own sales objectives & targets.

Accountable to : Regional Sales Manager.

Responsible for: Achieve or Surpass company revenue targets as set and revised from time to time by Direct Selling and Account Management.

Working Relationships : Sales Management, Customer Service, Accounts, Operations and Regional other worldwide offices.

Key Results Areas :

- Achieve or surpass revenue targets as set and revised from time to time by effective selling.

- Create new and innovated ways of prospecting clients.

- Improve sales skills as well as sales reps skills, industry knowledge, account management, negotiation, performance monitoring, organization and work habits, management and any other skill necessary for them to achieve their Key Result areas.

Key Tasks :

- Qualifying prospects, high-phone activity doing cold calls.

- Track and report sales activity and performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis as required by management.

- Actively attend and participate in sales meetings.

- Develop multi-tier relationships within large opportunities in order to build a complete blue-printing overview

- Establish "C" level contact within opportunities and demonstrates a detailed understanding of both the prospects- sector and business drivers/challenges. Has good understanding of Solutions Selling methodology and tools and applies these regularly to both gain a better understanding of the customers- environment and manage the relationship.

- Deliver accurate business forecasting and maintain an appropriate value level sales funnel for future business.

- Support other departments and management to help them achieve their objectives as they relate to the sales group.

Experience - 8+ Years Experience in Corporate / Enterprise Sales

- Experience in selling Services / Solutions

Core Skills :

- Through knowledge of all aspects of Conferencing services, systems and competitors.

- Sales skills (cold calling, sales presentations, price and terms negotiation, problem management, account management, account growth, etc).

- Strong presentation skills.

- Strong interpersonal skills.

- Positioning yourself as a liaison and trusted confidant to other departments.

Time Horizon : Permanent position
