- As a- Senior- Business Analyst, you'll have the opportunity to provide data analysis to support, compile and report key information for operations and business objectives. This is a position that affords you the ability to drive processes and improvement initiatives.

- By gathering and documenting business requirements and utilizing your sharp analytical skills to fulfill the needs of the business and/or clients, you will have an impact on healing the health care system. Some people would call you a data geek, but at Optum that passion turned into information is used for decisions made by leadership. Primary Responsibilities :

Conducting Requirements Workshops

Requirements Elicitation

Own various requirement artifacts - BVD, BRD, Use Cases, User Stories, User Manual

Qualification/Must to have skills :

- End to end understanding of US Payer Lifecycle - various systems involved and process flows across M&R, C&S & E&I

- Understanding of current trends and challenges in US Healthcare

- Should be proficient in both waterfall and Agile Business Analyst role

- Knowledge of the following domains is a bonus - EDI/ PBM/ Eligibility Technology Careers with Optum.
