We are hiring for leading US base IT company

Job Title : Senior Business Analyst- Reference Data Management

Location: Pune

Minimum 10 years of overall experience with at least 8 years of relevant BA experience in capital market reference data management.

Role description :

- Demonstrate strong understanding of capital market products and related trade economics.

- Understand the financial data standard and be able to drive requirements on the basis of it.

- Work with various stake holders to arrive at the current state system data flows

- Suggest the future state data flows to source the reference data

- Create business requirement document covering all aspects of reference data sourcing

- End-to-End delivery of the reference data in the financial reporting landscape covering the source system analysis to final delivery of data in Financial reporting data warehouse

- Provide functional expertise in design of the ETL processes for onboarding of feeds to data warehouse

- Demonstrate sound understanding of Capital Market Products (mainly loans and Exchanged traded/OTC instruments) and be able to relate it to the data sourcing solutions

- Conduct walkthroughs to validate the business requirement document and supporting artifacts with stakeholders.

- Work with Technology team, Operations teams, Architecture group and other work streams with in the program to obtain sign off on business requirement captured and defect raised during User Acceptance testing. Ensure timely closure of issues.

- Create presentation and training packs in support of the designed process

- Provide support to testing and the RTB teams in test execution and planning from data sourcing perspective.

Skill, experience, qualifications and knowledge required :

- Experience with banking and Capital markets clients in a product control or business analysis capability

- Experience with capital markets products such as fixed income, equities, financing and understanding of trade life cycle for those products from execution to settlement

- Experience in implementation of financial services regulatory programs

- Strong understanding of databases such MS Access, SQL

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including Stakeholder management

- Ability to define analysis approach, conclude and summarize findings

- Experience working within the Investment Banking industry

Key objectives critical to success :

- Ensuring business requirements and benefits are clearly articulated, syndicated and integrated within the project

- Ensuring that the testing and quality approach adopted by the project will demonstrate that the business requirements have been delivered

- Utilizing clear, consistent, and targeted communication across the stakeholder group
