Senior Business Analyst/Project Lead, Mumbai

Mandatory Skills:

- Expertise in writing SQL query

- Expertise in designing Applications using Microsoft Technology

- Expertise in development using Microsoft Technology

- Proven track record of requirement gathering/estimation/project management of two (or more) complex projects

- Excellent communication skills with confidence and conviction

- Experience to manage stressed/difficult clientele

- Experience of development using agile methodology

Preferred Skills:

- Past experience in Business Analysis/requirement gathering/QA work

- Domain knowledge of financial services business

- Ready to work as an individual contributors on need basis

- Experience in introducing project management and governance practices to projects

Soft Skills:

- Excellent spoken and written English skills

- Good educational background (preferably BE from an institute of repute)

- Keen learner who is open to working on different projects

- Provide support for the productions and for the operations, on call, 24/7 (weekends included)

- Ability to work with multiple tasks

- Capable of prioritizing the tasks, according to their deadlines
