Role :

- Do the complete Root Cause Analysis of vast nature of incidents reported on incident ticketing system

- Involved in creating scheduled Operational Risk reports on a monthly & quarterly basis based on data aggregated from multiple sources (risk management tools, incident tracking systems, infrastructure monitoring tools and other business data)

- Indepth Operational Risk data analysis based on monthly data and generate insights from it

Requirements :

- Masters in Risk Management or equivalent experience.

- 3-6 yrs of experience

- Strong understanding of operational risk concepts/framework through prior work experience or educational qualifications

- Have a Root-Cause analysis / Post Mortem past experience, preferably in Financial Services (such as Banks, Govt. Regulators etc.)

- Having worked for MNC Banks or FI's in their Indian captives or prestigious Indian banks

- Ability to understand and deeply analyze processes along multiple dimensions to identify - Root-Causes- of issues based on review of systems, processes and interactions with business stakeholders. Ability to see the - forest in the trees- .

- Analytical minded and familiar with analytical techniques as well as statistical techniques as applied to Operational Risk (preferred)

- Need to be conversant using front office tools such as MS-Excel, MS-PPT, MS-Word etc. and create powerful & succinct executive presentation

- Strong business writing skills to summarize key business issues, remediation steps and recommendations

- The candidate must have strong communication skill to collaboratively work with multiple stake holders

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and generate reports on a timely basis

- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) will be a definite advantage (highly preferred)

- Strong communication skills for interaction with multiple stakeholders.
