Role: Sr. Business Analyst, Functional expert

You will be working very closely with US and European clients

Position Description :

- Should have a thorough knowledge of Life Insurance and Agent Management functionality and Process Flow

- Ability to understand the real business need through GAP analysis, business process analysis and interactive working sessions with our clients

- Ability to transform complex business processes into simple-to-comprehend business requirements using Use Cases etc

- Ability to shape unstructured and disjointed information into cohesive business requirements. This skill relies upon root cause analysis capabilities.

- Ability to analyze and document end to end business requirements through, Business Process Maps, Use Cases, Mockups, Prototypes, Data Dictionaries, and Business Domain Models.

- Ability to conduct and facilitate system testing, quality assurance testing, user acceptance testing, and user training sessions as needed to support functional and maintenance releases.

- Ability to communicate and interface effectively with business units, technology teams, support teams and individuals at all levels of the organization to understand and document requirements (such as functional, interface, and GUI designs).
