Senior Business Analyst - FX

A Leading Global international bank.

Role Purpose:

- Understands FX business and associated processes

- Understand existing applications, business processes and functional knowledge required for this role

- Design and write business requirement specifications, system specifications

- Co-ordinate interaction and communication with stakeholders

- Build test strategy and test scenarios

- Participates in the formulation of IT standards and policies relevant to the current assignment

- Perform functional testing and participate in user acceptance testing

- Take part in requirements / system walkthroughs, highlighting and discussing any apparent errors, omissions or deviations from standard

Skill Set Required:

- Experience as a business analyst in front, middle and back office operations

- Prefer candidates with in-depth knowledge in FX Domain.

- Experience in working with onshore business counterparts is a must

- Knowledge of wall-street, ret-ad systems a plus

- Trade life-cycle of at least one product/instrument category

- 6+ yrs of experience

- Relation between Interest & FX rates

- Definition of Spot-

- Broken date-

- FX Swaps

- Un-evens

- NDFs

- FX Options

- Spot,

- Forward,

- FX/Interest rates relation,

- FX Quotes (Direct, Indirect, Inverse, etc)..

BA: Prepared FSDs, few BRDs, Test plans, etc. Understands differences.

SDLC & Agile environments.
