JOB DETAILS  Determine channel strategy and identify routes to market, packages, pricing for different sales channels - Online, Speciality Stores, MT, GT  Help in developing a strategic plan for consumer/trade advertisement through various media vehicles: digital, radio, print, web, and social media  Help in defining the brand positioning and marketing strategy  Identify new product opportunities as well as brand extension and work closely with R&D team to come up with winner products   Own the top line and bottom line targets of his/her portfolio and work closely with sales team to achieve the revenue targets  Own few key core initiatives for the brand from end to end and work closely with cross functional teams to drive  Requirement :   Tier 1 college - MBA ( IIMs /XLRI/FMS/MDI ).   2-4 years of experience with at-least a year in brand marketing (2013-2014 Passouts)  Industry - Start ups, Core Marketing, E-commerce, General Management ( TAS ) etc.  Brand marketing, Category marketing in E-commerce,  Brand marketing and online sales in FMCG,  Basic attribute is - Opportunity for fast growth and strong business judgement   Skill: Team Management, Strong Analytical Skills, Comfortable to work in a dynamic environment, Strong Execution Skills,   Brand Manager to grow a 100 Cr Sports Nutrition brand in a fast paced brand company   5 days working  About Client :   Our client offers fitness products, services and community to help consumers achieve their fitness goals.
