Requirements  The position is with a Non Banking Finance Company Focused on SME Lending (Secured + Unsecured and LAP). The person will manage close to 50% of Mumbai Region Business for the company. He/She will be responsible for all lines of business (SME Loans/LAP/Unsecured Business Loan) & will have a team of Branch Sales Managers reporting into the role. Branch Operations & Credit Sales setups will also have a reporting into the Branch Head   Candidate must be currently working in a NBFC as Branch Manager managing SME Lending or LAP   Min 5 years Experience of having managed a Branch as an Independent Profit Center   MBA with 8-12 years of experience in Asset Sales Preferably SME or LAP   Role & Responsibilities  Contribute to the development and implementation of Area under the Branch with respect to growth in overall sales and distribution capacity, in order to support growth of quality credit business.  Lead the development of Business across all product lines   Develop specific sales strategies to tap into the catchment area with Potential  Monitor the credit quality sourced, build relationship with the customers and make recommendations as to how to capitalize on emerging and/or immediate business opportunities.  Identify, evaluate and develop recommendations supported by business cases for the development of new distribution channels and/or relationships with new distributions partners.  Implement control procedures e.g. peer review, and contribute to Internal Audits to ensure that sales activities are being carried out in an appropriate manner.
