Senior Bid Manager {Immediate Joinee}

Main purpose of job

a) Responsible for winning Services engagement from customers through close working with Consulting Heads / Directors, Service Account Managers(SAM), Program and Project Managers, Delivery team members and Licensing Partners - Managing Key, Large and Strategic Accounts.

Key result areas/key tasks/main duties

b) Coordinating with the Sales team, Account Manager, Architects, Enterprise Managers, Program Managers, competency leads for creating a compelling solution/Proposal.

c) Working on PQQs, RFIs, RFPs, ITTs, Proactive opportunities etc.

d) Manage - Kick-off, Con. Calls and Email support to understand the exact requirement of the customer, Build the Solution Design plan (including tasks, timelines and responsibilities) & Solution Design Checklist / Tracking Sheet.

e) Preparation of Bid Schedule/Directive.

f) Design effective client presentations, templates, UIs in the form of power point screenshots and final proposal packaging.

g) Providing the Quote and the supportive documents (proposals) based on the requirement of the customer.

h) Conduct regular Bid Review calls with the support teams for meeting the client deadlines and update Bid Status Progress to Leadership team.

i) Encourage effective teamwork between sales engagement and delivery teams. Partly responsible for the management of delivery team in terms of education and foresight.

j) Perform effective cost/pricing analysis and risk assessment.

k) Worked on small to large deals (starting from 0.5Mn to 200 Mn GBP).

l) Manage - Monthly and bi-weekly volume reports, Monitoring quality and productivity SLA., Following company Process Adherence.

m) Responsible for RCA of Win/Loss deal status.

n) Following all pre-sales activities as per the sales cycle

o) Perform an in-house reviews and compliance checks for Proposals/Contracts in region along with the delivery, PMO, legal, finance and risk teams.

p) Good to have experience in Bid Management for US, UK & APAC geography across multiple domains.
