Looking for a leading non food FMCG client who over 128 years has grown from a small parquet flooring company in Racine, Wisconsin, to a thriving global enterprise with products sold in virtually every country around the world.  Job Description:  - Responsible for management of movements of goods (Finished Goods, Raw Material, Packaging Material, POPs etc.) including traceability.  - Look after CFA /Warehouse Operation   - Vendor Management   - Coordination with manufacturing units including 3P, transporters and CFAs for day to day Operations   - Monitoring the Quality, Quantity, Cost and Efficiency of the movement of goods;  - Daily report on in-transit Goods to Sales and Marketing.  - Responsible for Freight master data in system   - CFA and Transport execution & management of relationships with CFA/transport vendors.  - Develop cost optimal Logistics resources (Rail, Road & Air) as per business requirement and finalize agreement documents.  - Analysis of Vendor Performance - Transit Time, Commitment, Damage/shortage.  - Responsible for payment processes, drive reconciliation and payment related queries/issues.  - Sales Tax permits management and utilization reports  - Review and update of Logistics Policy and Agreements  - Implementation of Logistics Policy.  - Continuous Market Scanning for Cost effective Vendors and Transportation Options  - Tracking of all unbudgeted Transportation cost and monthly reporting.  - Monthly reporting on actual freight spend (Outward and Inward) Vs last year and Vs Budget.  - Submission of monthly freight provision and reconciliations  - Deliver transportation cost within Budget and generate potential savings in freight cost.  - Annual Freight budget preparation and submission
