JOB DESCRIPTION :

- Finance transformation experience

In Management Consulting - Financial Services team, you are required to work on diverse engagements for financial services clients. You will have the opportunity to work with leading Insurance firms and advise them on core business issues and potential solutions - from initial diagnosis, strategy formulation and analysis, through to implementation. Nature of projects may include :

- Process optimization and transformation across the value chain - front office, middle office and back office

- Improve effectiveness and efficiency of operations and support functions (finance, HR, procurement, IT etc.)

- Target operating model design

- Implementing operating model transformation (systems, processes, controls, people etc.)

- Technology enabled transformation

- Project management on large scale transformations

- Create / assist in creation of business bids / proposals

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES :

We are recruiting for a Senior Associate / Manager in the team. Your responsibilities will include :

Project Delivery:

- Work with leading Insurance / FS organizations to advise them on projects involving operational transformation, Finance Transformation, change management, process re-engineering and customer experience

- Capture As is process, document controls and system data flows. Perform data gap analysis

- Create functional / technical specification documentation in coordination with the client Business and IT team.

- Define future state processes, controls and RACI

- You will work with the clients and act as an IT interface to business units analysing, defining and documenting business requirements

- You will be responsible for leading work-streams on medium to large size projects and varied complexity with authority.

- You will be responsible for daily activities, and work closely with the Engagement Manager / Director. Planning and organizing work packages, overseeing data gathering and analysis, driving insights and presenting results, owning client relationships and preparing and chairing client meetings and workshops, etc.

- Candidate should have expertise in any one of the modules like New Business, Policy Servicing, Claims, and Commissions, Reinsurance, Accounting in Property and causality, Life or Health Insurance domain for about 2 to 8 years.

- Exposure of various policy administration & industry standard tools such as Pegasystems, Risk write. Duck Creek, Magnum

- Functional knowledge of various modules of insurance like channel management policy servicing claims management underwriting reinsurance and finance.

- Experience in Product like Life Asia 400, Duck Creek, Guide wire, Ingenium, Performance Plus would be an advantage

- Person should have worked on implementation of product and legacy migration/modernization.

- Expertise in writing Business Requirement Document covering Functional and Non-Functional specifications

- Proficient at coordinating with various technical and managerial teams to develop process and ensure adherence to the Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).

- Documentation of detailed requirements

- Drafting of technical approach documentation

- Detailed Interface specification documentation

- Proficient in detailed data mapping and data dictionary documentation

- Contribute in the requirement process. This involves capturing and documenting business requirements and converting these into the foundation for IT design and development.

- Clarify, document and communicate the functional and non-functional requirements to the design and development team by using data, process or information modelling.

- Experience in documentation with Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and other similar tools

- Functional knowledge of the Insurance sectors to explore data extraction approach and road map the analysis mile stones.

- Eliciting, analysing and documenting business, functional, transitional and technical requirements for small to large scaled projects for Compliance.

- Produces Business Analyst artifact/deliverable such as High Level Requirement Document, Business Analysis Plan, Requirement Package, Requirement Document, Application Risk Analysis (ARA) document
