The person should have handled commercial transactions such as lease agreements, client contracts, trademarks filings, terms of service, technology contracts. Should be open to work from a clients place if required. Primary responsibility for providing legal advisory to new, emerging, growth businesses on the following : - Broad range of commercial, licensing, technology, and regulatory matters - Structuring, drafting and negotiating commercial transactions - Strong counsel on strategic deals, helping launch new products and services - Providing day-to-day advice, resolving issues that arise in commercial relationships and inquiries Location : Position is based in Bangalore Skills : In-depth legal knowledge in a broad range of technology, media, IP, corporate and business laws. Ability to understand and adopt to fast changing technology environment. Excellent drafting, negotiation and presentation skills. Education : LL.B. (undergraduate law degree) from a recognized university in India. Minimum 3-4 years work experience is required.
