Senior Associate/Lead - Legal - NBFC

We have multiple job opportunities for the role of Sr. Associate/Lead - Legal with the leading NBFC based out of Delhi.

Job Location - Delhi

Job Description :

A law graduate from a reputed law university is having an experience in the following areas:

1. The candidate must have excellent drafting skills and good command over English.

2. He/she must have experience in court practice as an advocate in representing before all types of Courts i.e. Consumer Forum, District Court/ High Court, CLB, etc.

3. Handling of all types of litigations, i.e. Cases u/s 138 of Negotiable Instrument Act, recovery proceedings, activities under SARFAESI Act, writs, etc.

4. Coordination with the lawyers of the company, preparation of case papers and attending of court hearings with the advocates.

5. Expert in Drafting and vetting of Agreements, MoUs, Joint Venture Agreements, Property Documents, deed of hypothecation, loan agreements, guarantees, counter guarantees, etc.

6. Experience in M&A, IPR, IPO and other corporate and legal activities.

7. Good knowledge of statutes and excellent analytical skills so as to analyze and opine on various statutory provisions.

8. Candidate from a reputed law firm/ banking industry having hands on the above shall be preferred.

Note - Candidate must be an LLB and should be into litigation and recovery. Also, should have worked for the banking or nbfc clients.

Someone who is LLB + CS will have an added advantage.
