- Responsible for Financing Real Estate Project from Banks / NBFC's.
- Preparing Financial Models / Business Plans, Project Report, CMA Data.
- Providing backup data analysis, industry comparable, market intelligence including micro/macro analysis.
- Obtaining Valuation report, Title report & Financial Due Diligence report.
- Follow-up & push the loan proposals across various levels at to get the Sanction.
- Negotiation with lenders with respect to Sanction terms.
- Ensuring timely Disbursement are done.
