Job Description - As an Associate in the private equity team of the firm you are expected to:

Contribute to all phases of the investment process including market research, deal sourcing, financial analysis, due diligence, commercial and tax structuring, deal negotiations, documentation, investor reporting and portfolio company management. The candidate should thrive in a fast pace entrepreneurial environment and would be expected to be proficient in financial modelling and preparation of investment memorandums and fund pitch books.

The Successful Candidate - Masters degree from a top school At least 4-6 years of experience in investment banking or private equity. Expert modelling and analytical capabilities. Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving ability Strong oral and written communication skills
