Key Responsibilities :
Knowledge of GST
Good exposure of Service Tax & VAT.
Advisory - preparation of opinions.
Litigation - preparation of appeals, drafting of written submissions, appearance before CESTAT, VAT Tribunal & High Court.
Conducting research and analysis of cases.
LLB with 6-9 years of experience in Law Firms/Consulting Companies.
