Job Description - Senior Associate for the Healthcare space for a Global consulting firm.

The client is a well known name in the Consulting space with revenues over $30 Billion USD. It has also been consistently ranked as one of the best places to work for.

Description

Major work profile will entail:

- Identifying the major issues that the client is facing, generating hypotheses against those issues, structuring and performing analysis

- Identifying creative but pragmatic options against the identified issues

- Developing conclusions, making strategic recommendations, and then developing plans to operationalize the agreed strategy

- Own end to end responsibility for a work stream within the project and work directly with internal team and client team members

- Manage a team of consultants and work across a variety of work-streams often at the client site. Travel can be a part of the job

Profile

The ideal profile of the candidate would be :

- An advanced degree, such as a MBA or PhD from reputed institute(s)

- 4-7 years of relevant industry or functional work experience showing strong career progression

- Prior consulting experience in the US market is a plus

- Knowledge or exposure to US health system - payor and provider is desirable
