The position is based in Bangalore.   Job Title :  Senior Associate in Finance Effectiveness - Management Consulting Practice (Senior Associate position for candidates between 4- 6 years)  Position Requirements :  Knowledge Preferred :  Candidates should demonstrate experience in sectors such as Technology, Information, Communication, Entertainment, Consumer & Industrial Products, Healthcare & Pharmaceuticals, and Financial Services, for the following types of projects :  - Accounting transactions advisory, financial statement preparation and analysis, and statutory reporting.  - Finance transformation and process improvements across Record to Report (Close and Consolidation), Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Budgeting and Forecasting  - Shared services and outsourcing advisory  - Internal and external reporting  - Performance management  - Financial systems optimization  - Finance target operating model  - Organizational design  Past Work Experience :  - Our client's Management Consulting team currently seeks professionals with experience between 4 - 6 years, preferably in consulting.
