Senior Associate - Corporate Litigation & Advisory

- Drafting & submitting of various pleadings, representing in court, interacting and advising clients, briefing and assisting the Partner and senior counsels during arguments.

- Filing and arguing of petitions & applications before the Company Law Board and filing of appeals arising from the orders passed by Company Law Board.

- Filing of application and arguing for appointment of independent valuers, administrators for the company, during the pendency of application

- Corporate advisory, transactions & commercial agreements:

- Drafting and reviewing various agreements, providing assistance in negotiating, signing and closing formalities.

- Joint venture - drafting and negotiating of Shareholders Agreement and Share Subscription Agreement, assisting with the filing requirements, advising on other legal requirements and drafting of ancillary documents such as resolutions, closing certificates etc.

- Divestment of portion of shareholding by an Indian Company in another Indian Company- Drafting of Share Purchase Agreement and Shareholders Agreement.

- Subscription of shares of an Indian Company - Drafting of Share Subscription Agreement.

- Conversion of a private company to public company - Review of Articles of Association in consonance with Companies Act 2013.
