Job Description : Senior Associate- Clean Energy Consulting  Intellecap works across high impact sectors like agriculture, clean energy, financial services, health and education to help build and scale sustainable market based solutions for low income populations. Intellecap works with multilaterals and bilaterals, development financial institutions, lenders, investors, foundations and family offices to support social enterprises and develop profitable businesses.   Intellecap is looking to hire a Senior Associate with specific experience in the Clean and renewable energy sector.   You should have the below :   - B.E/B.Tech + M.Tech/MBA or equivalent from reputed institutes in India/abroad  - Minimum of 3 years of experience in renewable energy projects, primarily solar   - Experience in business consulting and decentralized power generation is an added advantage   - Good communication, presentation and report writing skills   Key Roles and Responsibilities :  - Understand the problem statement and project requirements to develop appropriate approach & methodology   - Collect data from primary and secondary sources, guide research and analysis as required.  - Undertake detailed financial and technical analysis where required including complete business planning and financial modelling   - Engage with senior experts internally and externally on aspects related to the project  - Drive independent modules of an assignment and prepare draft of suggestions/recommendations  - Develop client presentations and publish reports   - Support business development through proposal writing and preparation   - Participate in team discussions, provide insights and inputs on areas specific to the project and the sector   - Guide, manage and mentor junior associates on the team.
