Senior Associate - Buy Side - BFSI (3-8 yrs)
Designation : Senior Associate
Role Scope : To Contribute on buy side transactions including the following:
- Identify investment opportunities
- Monitor existing portfolio
- Conducting industry research, market mapping and company-specific analysis
- Preparing marketing material for the transactions
- Interacting with consultants on a regular basis for due diligence
- Prepare financial models
- Carrying out valuation
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Charted Accountant / MBA Finance with 3-8 years of experience of working in front offices of an Investment bank / PE firms. CFA candidates would be preferred
- Excellent academics
- He/She should possess excellent MS Office skills
- He/She should have excellent written & oral communication skills
- He/She should be a self-starter and should be enterprising by nature
- Passion towards investment banking is a must, other skills sought include ability to multi-task, work under pressure, deal with ambiguity and successfully manage deadlines
