Plan and direct the installation, testing, operation, maintenance,

Direct, review, and approve product design and changes.

Recruit employees; assign, direct, and evaluate their work; and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.

Present and explain proposals, reports, and findings to Senior Management.

Consult or negotiate with stakeholders to prepare project specifications.

Set scientific and technical goals within broad outlines provided by top management.

Possesses good knowledge in deployment of software tools

Provide supporting information to the Engineers to aid in the creation of a system specification.

Experienced in Healthcare Domain (PACS, DICOM, HL7, IHE preferred)

Experience in working in teams and in defining solutions that contributes toward a reusable/shared architecture

A thorough understanding of Agile methodologies and metrics

Strong Investigation, Analytical and Problem Solving skills
