Senior Anlayst - PMO - BFSI (3-8 yrs)
Career Opportunity with one of the leading organization for Senior Anlayst - PMO role, we are looking
- Must have hands on expertise in SDLC and adherence of deliverables to project plans and deadlines.
- Work with delivery teams to come up with estimates for the level of effort
- Produce High Level Designs that maps Business requirements to Functional requirements
- Facilitate and document As Is/To Be process flows and gap analysis of business process
- Research and map input sources and fields, source to target mapping
- Work closely with Audit team to build test strategy and plans
- Plan, coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solution delivered meets business needs
- Develop and lead the post install production validation
- Facilitate, research production questions or business inquiries from user groups; Assist in identifying / triaging issues and work with the delivery teams to resolve
- Provide oversight, knowledge transfer and mentor 1 or more junior resources
