Senior Analytics Expert (4-10 yrs)
Job Location - Kolkata
Preferred Industry - Banking, Consulting(Big 4s), Power Industry
Key Competencies:
- Solid analytical skills
- Able to develop and codify knowledge
- Ability to provide analytical advice
- Good communication skills and ability to manage senior internal stakeholders
- Ability to maintain discretion
Technical Skills:
Experience in multiple analytics methods:
- Data management skills (eg: data management, data modeling, QA/QC)
- Customer segmentation and targeting, promotion effectiveness and churn prevention
- Predictive modeling (logistics regression, linear regression, etc)
Experience in core analytics methods:
- Statistics (T-Tests, Aanova, etc ), Variable reduction (FA, PCA Segmentation Clustering techniques)
- Predictive modeling
- Time series analysis
- Machine learning
- Time series analysis
- Stimulation
- Optimization
Familiarity with following analytics tools : (one or more required)
- SAS
- Advance Excel
- Alteryx
- SQL
- R, SAS
- Tableau
- SSRS a plus
