Wholesale Strategy Overview :  Strategy division is pivotal in shaping organization's longer term strategy for Wholesale. The work of the strategy team includes business performance review, analysis of business and operating model, market entry strategy, acquisition screening and industry & competitor analysis. The team works directly with senior management across the businesses and regions to determine the optimal strategy for reaching wholesale aspirations in the rapidly changing market environment.  Roles And Responsibilities :  - Work as a part of the Wholesale Strategy division on global, regional and divisional projects  - Prepare presentations for senior management board meetings, investor day, off-sites, town halls  - Support management / business on strategic projects (e.g. assessing the impact of - Brexit- on banking industry and scenario analysis, impact of changing regulations on capital markets business, acquisition screening / evaluation, supporting FinTech initiative etc)  - Strategic assessment of underperforming businesses and development of scenarios/recommendations for business heads  - Conduct analysis of the competitive and general macro / market environment for senior management presentations. Develop market sizing / revenue pool models   - Prepare quarterly presentation on Wholesale division's earnings covering financial performance analysis, changes in business environment and key themes impacting the earnings   - Most of the projects require working closely with strategy team members, business CAOs, finance and other functional teams in different regions; working independently or with the support of another member of the team   - Role provides wide exposure into investment banking industry across Fixed Income, Equities and IB Advisory.  Position Specifications :  Corporate Title Senior Analyst  Experience : 2 - 3 years  Qualification : MBA or MS from top tier institute  Key Skills :   Mandatory Desired :  Domain - 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a strategy role, in a consulting firm or a strategy/business planning unit of a financial institution   - Strong analytical skills and excel skills   - Strong with PowerPoint and presentation  - Strong communication skills (written & oral)  - Ability to multi-task efficiently and meet project deadlines   - Attention to detail - Knowledge of capital markets / investment banking industry
