JOB DETAILS

Job Location : Gurgaon

Education : Bachelor's degree in engineering, quantitative or statistical field.

Experience : 2+ yrs of business experience in any field, Comfort with data extraction and basic problem-solving skills, Programming in any modern language like VBA.

Preferred : R, SAS and SQL experience, familiarity with Cloud, Sales Force

PC Skills :Advanced use of MS Office( Excel, PowerPoint, Sales Force)

Other Skills :Good written and oral communication

CTC : 8 L - 10 L ( exl Var)

Working Conditions : 2 pm - 11 pm, 5 days, Cab Pick and Drop, Meals Included

GENERAL SUMMARY

The Analyst is primarily responsible for using data extraction to perform in-depth analysis of programs and opportunities in the collections business.

The Analyst will make recommendations to improve business profitability or operational processes based on their analysis and may design strategies to implement those recommendations. The role is also responsible for creating and monitoring reports to identify trends, issues and opportunities.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Extract and analyze data to support business initiatives (e.g. profitability, performance, variance analysis etc) 50%

Makes recommendations to improve business profitability or processes. 20%

Create and monitor reports to identify issues, trends, opportunities. 20%

Present and share data with other team members. 10%
