Analyst/Sr. Analyst - 1 to 4 yrs exp - research & consulting

Summary of Position:

As an Analyst you will be supporting Senior Analyst/Associate Project Manager across various projects and other organizational activities

Job Responsibilities:

The responsibilities include:

- Supporting Senior Analysts and Project Managers with problem definition which could include industry study, market study and financial models

- Understanding client requirements and assisting in developing approach methodology

- Conducting extensive primary and/or secondary research and applying the outcome to arrive at conclusions/solutions for the client's request - especially through publicly available sources

- Developing proxies and triangulations for difficult-to-get data points

- Analyzing data to extract insights and identify patterns (qualitative and numerical)

- Interacting seamlessly with team members to ensure that individual and collective goals are met

- Producing output in the form of Power Point, Word, Excel, etc.

- Taking complete ownership of the module assigned

Prerequisites: Knowledge Skills

- Clarity of financial concepts and interpretation of financial statements

- Logical thought process to think through the problem and develop a solution in niche areas

- Knowledge of SOPs

- Effective oral and written communication skills

- Effective presentation skills

Prerequisites: Interpersonal Skills and Personal Traits

- Ability to work in a team environment

- Ability to encourage and involve team members

- Highly motivated individual

Prerequisites: Qualifications & Experience

- 1-4 years of relevant work experience

- Graduate degree in engineering, business management, or similar analytical field, from a premier institute
