Job Description:

Manage client relationships to develop procurement strategies that meet client budgeting and risk mitigation objectives.

- Reduce clients- energy spend by pro actively identifying opportunities for savings.

- Prepare reports, client presentations and detailed project analyses to be presented to stakeholders of the client organization, coordinate reporting of category-specific savings results to customers.

- Compose case studies validating project results within client strategy.

- Work collaboratively with suppliers, internal and external stakeholders to identify and execute continuous cost, process and service improvement projects.

- Analyze client operational changes at a site level that may impact energy demand and/or forecasting.

- Monitor North American energy markets for changes that may impact client spend.

- Manage compliance to both client and internal company processes and delivery frameworks.

- Manage problem-solving and issue resolution efforts to ensure customer satisfaction.

Accomplishments

Lead cross-functional/cross-shore team for the implementation of new brand-new service offerings.

Developed - out-of-box- energy procurement strategy to avoid potential penalties at a client location that was slated to be sold/closed.
