It manages a large family of mutual funds, provides fund distribution and investment advice services, as well as providing discount brokerage services, retirement services, wealth management, securities execution and clearance, life insurance and a number of other services.

Job Description - About the department The Marketing Analytics function is based in India and supports Sales and Marketing teams across the globe.

- The key objectives of the function are:

- To develop deep customer insights for our businesses helping them segment and target customers more effectively

- To develop a fact based understanding of sales trends and identify actionable sales growth opportunities for each of our sales channels

- To understand customer preferences in terms of products, service attributes and marketing activity to help refine each of these

- The role is in developing the marketing analytics capabilities for our European businesses. It will involve:

- Working with specialists to deliver statistical analysis required to solve business problems

- Designing solutions and developing insights through analytics Interpretation of results and segment analysis

- Engaging with sales and marketing colleagues to review, challenge and refine the results to achieve actionable output

The Successful Candidate - Specifically responsibilities will include:

- Working independently and in teams on complex statistical analysis such as response modelling, segmentation, marketing optimization, campaign analysis, and strategic analysis

- Works on structuring data from multiple sources, cleaning and preparing for analysis Evaluates/develops, tools and techniques such as. modelling software, modelling methodologies, data and system requirements, scoring process, optimization environment

The Successful Applicant Academic Qualifications :

- Master's in Economics/Marketing Science/Econometrics

- 4-6 years years overall experience preferably in Financial Service industry

- Hands on experience in statistical Modelling / Data Mining techniques such as Clustering, Logistical Regression, Decision Trees, etc.

- Hands on experience with SAS and R Data mining experience is in area of customer value management / marketing and has worked on designing cross-sell campaigns
