Job Title : Senior Analyst with one of the leading Investment banking firm

Location : Mumbai

Company profile : One of the leading Investment banking and advisory firm started in 2010. They provided investment banking services across Healthcare, chemicals, Retail, Consumer products, Industrial products, Media- Entertainment, Technology sectors. They provide following services;

- Deal Advisory

- Equity raising Advisory

- Valuation & Business modeling

- Venture capital fund raise

- M&A advisory

Job Role : The role requires someone with a 2 - 3 years of experience in M&A / PF funding experience in a reputed firm. An incumbent should have strong financial modeling skill sets & ability to work on presentation decks is a must.

Job Description -

Looking for a candidate with a minimum experience of 2-3 years in Investment Banking. Key pre-requisites:

- Worked on live deals in M&A and Private Equity Funding and ideally should have experienced the entire deal lifecycle from initiation to closing on atleast 1-2 deals

- Good in preparation of deliverables including Financial Models, Information Memorandums, Investor Presentations, Valuation analysis, etc

- Has understanding of some of the sectors noted herein: Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Healthcare, Consumer and Retail, Manufacturing and Capital Goods

- Hard working, motivated and adopts a flexible approach during work commitments

- Key Skills: Excel, Power Point, Communication skills, Presentation skills

- Minimum Qualification: CA or MBA from a premire institution

- Ideally, someone with a passion for deal making & having a temperament to work long hours. Should have huge self drive.
