The Senior Analyst will perform functions such as employee relations, organizational development, compensation and benefits, and research and analysis.  Responsibilities Assumed:  - Managing on- boarding formalities  - Assisting in framing, analysing and revising the existing HR policies  - Identifying policy gaps and creating new policies to fill these gaps  - Ensuring proper implementation of human resource policies and procedures  - Reviewing and analysing trends to identify problem areas and recommend solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee experience  - Assisting in building employee retention initiatives  - Developing and implementing employee engagement techniques like employee satisfaction surveys, team activities and events, etc.  - Organizing and managing employee welfare and development activities to ensure positive employee engagement and communication  - Handling employee grievances and maintaining employee relations, safety, wellness, and health  - Overseeing the implementation and delivery of key HR initiatives - Driving performance appraisal processes including confirmations and promotions  - Continuously monitoring, developing, and improving the performance appraisal process  - Acting as the first line of contact in Human Resources for any employee relations issues  - Assisting in the implementation of the strategic HR Plan, projects, and initiatives to positively add value to both, the business and its employees  - Performing a variety of administrative support activities  - Generating, preparing, and analysing various reports for stakeholders on a timely basis  - Staying abreast with market best practices and suggesting implementation of relevant tools/processes  Skills Required:  - Commitment and ownership  - Strong analytical ability  - Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and analysis.  - Excellent communication and presentation skills  - Attention to detail - Good time management and multi- tasking skills  - Command over MS Office tools like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
