Senior Business Analyst - Credit Risk (5-7 yrs)

We Are looking for a Senior Analyst for a Multinational Client (BFSI) in MUMBAI

Role :

- Convert understanding of credit risk management in Banks / FIs into product ideas / functionalities.

- Work as member of Product Implementation teams.

- POC between the client and the internal teams during implementations.

- Translation of requirements into specifications for software development by the development

- Organize testing of the new developments along with testing plans.

- Conceptualize new enhancements in existing products in line with the market / client requirements.

- Review the ongoing development of products

- Support business development by preparing proposals, concept presentations and outreach activities

- Effective Client Interaction

- Manage an assignment-specific team of analysts and monitor performance to ensure timely and effective delivery

Skills:

- Understanding of credit rating from a banking perspective

- Understanding of various banking products (both corporate and retail) ; Basel II & RBI requirements for credit risk for Banks / FIs.

- product conceptualization and designing skills

- project management capabilities

- Ability to deliver results under stringent timelines

- Should be willing to travel and open to short-duration stays at on-site locations

Qualification:

B Com

CFA/ FRM ia an additional advantage

Experience

- 5 years

- Experience in credit / risk management team of Bank

- Strong working knowledge of financial statement analysis and credit analysis
