Senior Analyst - Business Research - KPO

About the firm:

A KPO focused on providing actionable insights to client business problems across multiple industries and capability areas.

The role:

- Senior Analyst should have prior business research experience of 1-3 years with strong problem solving and analytical thinking abilities.

- Manage independent work-stream on a project with the opportunity to coach and motivate junior analysts.

Some of the skills/ experience required:

- Understanding of industry dynamics (KPIs, frameworks such as SWOT analysis, Porter's Five Forces etc.) with strong domain knowledge of the core subject/specialization area

- Knowledge of various databases such as DialogPro, OneSource, Factiva, Bloomberg etc.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Strong team player and keen learner

- Undergrad or MBA from a reputed institute in India or abroad
