Senior Analyst/AM - Regulatory Reporting - Capital Management - Investment Bank

Job Role :

- Capital Adequacy calculation for Firm's European entities in accordance with CRDIV and Basel III norms

- Upstream data validation for all products/source systems

- Leverage ratio calculation in accordance with CRDIV and Basel III norms

- Credit and Market risk calculations for RWA calculations

- Analysis of RWA to monitor movements and identifying optimization opportunities

- Interaction with Risk for validating Risk numbers.

- Interaction with other teams like IT, Ops, LE Controllers and Legal

Skills :

- Financial services industry exposure / good working knowledge in Regulatory reporting function

- Strong ability to communicate in English

- Proficiency in bringing issues to closure by keeping all the relevant stakeholders informed.

- Self-starter, problem solver and ability to work with minimal supervision.

- Strong analytical skills

- Excel system skills and ability to learn Finance specific systems

- Must be able to work well and complete tasks under tight deadlines

- Identifies and pursues innovative business initiatives that provide a material contribution
